Attorneys
As a vaccine injury lawyer, Andrew D. “Drew” Downing has been representing individuals and their families cases in the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program for two decades. Attorney Downing has won millions of dollars in vaccine injury compensation for his clients, and serves as a strong advocate for individuals and families who are obviously going through a difficult time and need counsel on how to navigate through the legal system and program.
Drew earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from Rice University, and received his Juris Doctor from the University of Tulsa where he was a merit scholarship winner. He is rated AV Preeminent* through Martindale-Hubbell, a peer-review ratings system which is an objective indicator of a lawyer’s high ethical standards and professional ability. Attorneys receive a rating based on evaluations by other members of the bar and the judiciary in the United States and Canada. An AV Preeminent is a significant rating accomplishment – a testament to the fact that a lawyer’s peers rank him at the highest level of professional excellence.
Drew personally handles the vaccine matters for his clients. Hiring local counsel, who does not have the expertise of practicing full time before the Vaccine Injury Compensation Program, can be risky. You need a vaccine injury attorney that is familiar with this specialized court, the process of making a claim, and the other parties who are involved. If you want to visit with Drew about your potential case, please contact us today.
