Siri & Glimstad LLP’s team is made up of more than 80 professionals and the firm has robust practices in the areas of civil rights, class actions, employment litigation, immigration, medical malpractice, and vaccine injury and exemptions.
Mr. Siri has extensive experience and has handled numerous high-profile cases related to mandated medicine, vaccine injury, and policy. This experience includes challenges to federal and state mandates; the restoration of exemptions, including for U.S. military members; extensive litigation against federal agencies for transparency; and deposing immunologists, infectious disease doctors, pediatricians, and vaccinologists, including the world’s leading vaccinologist.

John Beaulieu represents individuals injured by vaccines. Prior to joining Siri & Glimstad, Mr. Beaulieu served as a public defender in Kentucky for over six years where he represented thousands of indigent clients and protected their constitutional rights, as well as in numerous serious felony jury trials and contested hearings. Mr. Beaulieu routinely worked with medical, forensic, and scientific experts to prepare for trial.
Mr. Beaulieu received his J.D. from the Syracuse University College of Law in 2017 and graduated from Kenyon College with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Political Science.

Jessica Wallace graduated from the Pennsylvania State University with a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice with a Business emphasis. She attended Nova Southeastern University’s Shepard Broad Law Center and obtained a Juris Doctorate in 2007. For nine years prior to joining Siri & Glimstad, Ms. Wallace worked as a case manager for a New York area law firm whose focus was on vaccine injury and vaccine rights. Ms. Wallace was involved in every aspect of these cases from intake to closing.
Ms. Wallace has worked on vaccine injury cases involving mild, moderate, severe and catastrophic injuries requiring life care plans. For example, in a case resulting in a multi-million-dollar judgment in favor of a vaccine injured individual, the Special Master in the Federal Court of Claims, Vaccine Injury Compensation Program noted that “Jessica Lucas was instrumental in bringing about an informal resolution of this case.”
Ms. Wallace has also assisted hundreds of individuals and families throughout the United States in obtaining exemptions from immunization requirements for school, daycare, immigration, and newborns. Ms. Wallace has also been involved in cases regarding bankruptcy, family law, probate, guardianship, personal injury and medical malpractice.

Mr. Williams has practiced law since 2013, during which time he has devoted his practice to civil litigation matters. Over his career, Mr. Williams has handled a wide array of litigation cases, including personal injury, breach of contract, corporate disputes, defamation, and estate litigation matters. Over the last few years, he has devoted the entirety of his practice to claims brought pursuant to the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program, where he has successfully litigated and settled various types of vaccine injury cases, including shoulder injury related to vaccine administration (SIRVA), Guillain-Barré syndrome, brachial neuritis, transverse myelitis, and various other vaccine injuries.
Mr. Williams attended the University of Notre Dame, where he received his bachelor’s degree in history and his Juris Doctorate from Syracuse University College of Law.

Ramon Rodriguez III is a partner at Siri & Glimstad LLP in the Firm’s vaccine injury group, where he represents clients and families across the United States who have suffered an adverse reaction from a vaccine. Dr. Rodriguez has been practicing in the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program since 2007 wherein he has successfully litigated various types of vaccine injuries, including complex matters.
Prior to becoming an attorney, Dr. Rodriguez was a physician partner in a large primary care group in Tampa, Florida and was the Medical Director of the group’s Brandon Health Center. His extensive medical experience provides an invaluable perspective on vaccination and associated injuries.
Dr. Rodriguez graduated from the University College Galway Faculty of Medicine and the College of William & Mary Marshall Wythe School of Law.
In 2023, Dr. Rodriguez was appointed to the Advisory Commission on Childhood Vaccinations and since 2019 has been on the Board of Directors for the Vaccine Injured Petitioners Bar Association where he serves ae Treasurer.
Dr. Rodriguez is a member of the U.S. Court of Federal Claims Bar Association, the Vaccine Injured Petitioners Bar Association, the American Association for Justice, the American Academy of Family Physicians, and the American Medical Association.

Courtney Jorgenson has practiced law since 2014, and has a decade of experience within the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program. Mrs. Jorgenson has successfully litigated and settled various types of vaccine injury cases, including Guillain-Barré syndrome, brachial neuritis, transverse myelitis, small fiber neuropathy, shoulder injury related to vaccine administration (SIRVA), encephalopathy, premature ovarian failure, complex febrile seizures, and other various vaccine injuries.
Mrs. Jorgenson received her Juris Doctorate from the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University. Mrs. Jorgenson attended the University of Southern California, where she received a bachelor of arts degree in biological sciences.

Alison Haskins is a partner at Siri & Glimstad LLP and heads the Firm’s vaccine injury group where she represents clients and families across the United States who have been injured by adverse vaccine reactions. Ms. Haskins has concentrated her practice in the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program since 2014 where she has successfully litigated various types of vaccine injuries including Guillain Barré syndrome, transverse myelitis, shoulder injuries (SIRVA), syncope, Bell’s Palsy, vasculitis, and more.
Prior to embarking on her full-time vaccine injury practice, Ms. Haskins was a shareholder at a business and litigation law firm in Sarasota, Florida. Over her almost twenty-five year career, Ms. Haskins has handled complex vaccine and civil litigation matters, multi-million dollar settlements, detailed state filings, and intricate secured transactions.
Ms. Haskins graduated cum laude from Duke University and cum laude from the University of Florida College of Law.
Ms. Haskins has served as one of two elected representatives for the Twelfth Judicial Circuit on the Florida Bar Association Board of Governors, Young Lawyers Division. She also has served as a Director for the Sarasota County Bar Association and as a Director for the Florida Association of Women Lawyers, Sarasota Division. Ms. Haskins served on the Diversity Committee for the Sarasota County Bar Association and was the Chair of Fundraising and Finance in 2010. She also functioned as Co-Chair of the Affiliate Outreach Conference for the Florida Bar Association Board of Governors, Young Lawyers Division.
Ms. Haskins is a member of the U.S. Court of Federal Claims Bar Association, the Vaccine Injured Petitioners Bar Association, the Florida Bar Association, the Sarasota County Bar Association, and the American Association for Justice.

Prior to joining Siri & Glimstad, Ms. Cox served for 21 years in the United States Army as an Army Nurse Corps officer and as an Army Judge Advocate. As a nurse corps officer, Ms. Cox worked in several clinical settings to include a pediatric unit, a specialty surgical unit, and an orthopedic surgical unit. During her last year as an Army Nurse Corps officer, she taught Army medics in basic life saving skills before being selected by the Army to attend law school. After graduating law school in 2005, Ms. Cox prosecuted soldiers, advised on operational law issues, taught Constitutional Law at West Point, and advised senior leaders on a variety of legal issues. Following her retirement from the United States Army in 2018, she went on to continue serving soldiers as an attorney for the Office of Soldiers’ Counsel.
Wendy Cox graduated cum laude from the State University at Buffalo Law School in New York and summa cum laude from Norwich University with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. She went on to get her Master of Laws (L.L.M.) degree in Military Law in 2008.

Gretchen Elgersma – PA/Paralegal
Gretchen Elgersma attended Canisius College, and graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Science. Ms. Elgersma received her Bachelor of Science in Physician Assistant at D’Youville College, and graduated summa cum laude. After Ms. Elgersma obtained her professional degree, she completed the Norwalk Hospital/Yale University Physician Assistant Surgical Residency Program. Prior to joining Siri & Glimstad, Ms. Elgersma worked clinically as a Physician Assistant for over two decades in Emergency Medicine and Cardiothoracic Surgery.

Alex Malvick – Paralegal
Alex Malvick joins our VICP practice area as a paralegal with 3 years of experience. Prior to joining Siri & Glimstad, he was the lead paralegal at a law firm specializing in vaccine injuries. Alex has his BS in business administration in operations and supply chain management from the University of Arizona. He also has a background in customer service roles and has years of experience handling one-on-one communication with clients.

Jeanna Reed – R.N. / Legal Nurse Consultant
Prior to joining Siri & Glimstad as a legal nurse consultant and medical paralegal, Jeanna Reed enjoyed over twenty years as an experienced and dedicated nurse professional. Her clinical skills and specialties include Surgical, Neuro, and Medical Intensive Care, Level 1 Trauma, and Burn Management of adult patients. Ms. Reed has extensive experience in the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program and is a fierce advocate for the vaccine injury community.

Marilyn Leal – R.N. / Legal Nurse
Marilyn Leal is a legal nurse consultant and is responsible for vaccine injured clients’ claim evaluation and consultation.
Ms. Leal is also an experienced registered nurse with over twenty years of diverse roles in nursing, including hospital floater RN and ICU, psychiatric, cardiology, home health, case management and long term care.
Prior to joining Siri & Glimstad, Ms. Leal was an independent legal nurse consultant with over twenty years of experience providing trial support for attorneys involved in class action, medical malpractice, personal injury, and workmen’s compensation cases.

Tara Thorn – Paralegal
Tara Thorn is a paralegal with over a decade of experience. Prior to joining Siri & Glimstad, she has worked at several law firms, supporting attorneys in a variety of practice areas including vaccine injury, personal injury, foreclosure, and real estate law. Tara received her Associate degree in liberal arts and humanities from Dutchess College. She also has a background in banking and other customer service roles.

Missy Sealy – Paralegal
Missy Sealy is a paralegal who specializes in vaccine injury law. Prior to joining Siri & Glimstad, she worked with a national law firm for seven years supporting vaccine injury attorneys. Missy received her Associates degree in paralegal studies from Edmonds College.

Seeley Casey – Paralegal
Seeley Casey is a legal assistant specializing in litigation with over 12 years of experience. She has been involved in medical malpractice cases, pharmaceutical cases, and vaccine injury claims, as well as environmental cases, oil and gas cases, and railroad cases. She is SAP certified and skilled in leveraging technology to streamline the legal processes and manage complex cases efficiently.

Joel Hazard – Paralegal
Joel Hazard is an experienced paralegal, with over 10 years working in the legal field. He has supported attorneys in various firms, including in corporate immigration, civil litigation, and vaccine law.
Joel earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Government and International Politics from George Mason University in 2012.

Amanda Ramos – Paralegal
Amanda Ramos is a seasoned paralegal with over 20 years of experience in the field of intellectual property helping clients secure rights to their inventions, trademarks, and copyrights, as well as in commercial litigation and estate planning. Amanda graduated magna cum laude from The Academy of Court Reporting with an associate of arts degree and a focus on paralegal studies. She feels honored to help make a difference in the lives of vaccine injured clients having found a field that encompasses both medical science and law, both of which she is enthusiastic and passionate about.

Nicole Dernelle-Ruhlow – Paralegal
Nicole Dernelle-Ruhlow is a paralegal with over 14 years of experience and over 6 years working in vaccine injury. Her prior experience includes medical malpractice, personal injury, and workers’ compensation, among other areas. She has worked on both the injured party and defense sides of cases, giving her the experience to assess how a case looks from both sides. Nicole has a B.A. from Virginia Commonwealth University in fashion merchandising and a Post-Baccalaureate Certificate from University of Richmond in paralegal studies.

Samantha Perez – Paralegal
Samantha Perez is a paralegal with 8 years of experience. Prior to joining Siri & Glimstad, she worked with law firms that specialize in both personal injury and vaccine injury.

Melissa Vraspir – Medical Records Collection Specialist
Melissa is a seasoned expert in the field of medical records with over 15 years of comprehensive experience in medical documentation and information management.
With a strong foundation in release of information protocols and the retrieval of medical records, she has successfully streamlined processes to enhance the efficiency of medical record retrieval and management, significantly reducing turnaround times while maintaining high levels of accuracy. In addition to her technical skills, Melissa possesses a strong understanding of the nuances of healthcare operations. Her ability to liaise effectively with healthcare providers, legal entities, and insurance companies has proven invaluable in her work, enabling her to navigate complex scenarios with ease and confidence.

Ashton Wright – Medical Records Collection Specialist
Ashton is a Medical Records Collection Specialist with extensive experience in mass tort litigation and medical record retrieval.
